PostHeaderIcon Six Pack Abs Secret – Secret Exercises To Get Six Packs Abs

Hi, I am Alevoor Rajagopal again and in this article I am going to show you the third set of really good Six Pack Abs Secret which were being held secretly till now. Although this set of exercises are independent, you can still read the find the 1st and 2nd set of workouts from a link at the end of this article. Well, I hope you are ready to go.

What You Need:
You need nothing more than a pair of Dyna Disks and a strong will to achieve.

Difficulty Level:
Simple; anyone can do this. This is not to say that this is a beginner level exercise- far from it.

How to Do:
1. Stand up on the dyna disks as if you are standing on the floor. Initially you may feel like rolling over but a few days’ practice removes that element quickly.
2. Lot of people tend to press one disk or the other but that’s not the right position; stand relaxed with your weight spread evenly across your legs.
3. Hold your hands across your chest, squat down till your thighs are horizontal and get back to standing position. Do ten reps.
4. After ten reps, get down from the disks and into pushup position – hands on the dyna disks. Do ten pushups with shoulders in nice even position.
5. After ten pushups make a mountain climbers’ position without taking your hands off the disks. Kick up your legs in fast repetitions – kicking up and down once equals one rep; do ten reps here as fast as you can too.

You can repeat the steps 1-5 to intensify further as you practice more. This may sound like a simple workout routine but you will see its energy to squeeze your abs muscle only after you finish doing this.
